Existing Home Sales far exceeded expectations thanks to recent stabilization in the employment market with the added benefit of mortgage rates holding under the 5% mark. Disappointing economic data was largely ignored today, as the Dow rallied more than 80 points to make up for some of yesterday’s losses.
