It is the Year of the Tiger and to celebrate, Chinese markets are closed for the entire week. Here in the U.S., markets are also closed in observation of Presidents Day. As a result, it is expected to be an exceedingly quite trading day, which gives us the opportunity to contemplate the recent actions by the Chinese government.
